Rob Greaves is the Founder of Armed Forces T-Shirt Day.

I served for 25 years in the British Army in both the Royal Armoured Corps and the Royal Army Physical Training Corps. In 2021 I set up Armed Forces T-Shirt Day as a non-profit social media organisation to help raise awareness for the armed forces community as well as to raise money for a chosen military charity.

The concept of the project is very simple. Anyone can wear a military T-Shirt on the 1st September to show their support for the armed forces community. There are two giving options - we encourage you to wear your own T-Shirt if you have one and donate £5, or to buy one of our designs should you wish, which includes a £5 donation.

You can be serving, have served, have had a relative that has served or just want to support the armed forces community. For 2024, AFTD's chosen charity is Scotty's Little Soldiers.

Thank you for your support.

This year's chosen charity is Scotty's Little Soldiers.

When a parent dies, the impact on their child is significant. When that parent served in the Armed Forces, the impact is even greater with children often feeling they’ve lost their connection to the military community.

Scotty’s Little Soldiers prevents that.

Together, we can ensure the very best bereavement support remains available.

If you'd like to wear your own military T-Shirt for Armed Forces T-Shirt Day on 1st September, that's great and we just ask that you donate £5 via our JustGiving page and hope that you share your photos with us on the day!

All of our T-Shirts are for sale at an amazing price of £13.95 from The Military Store. Whichever T-Shirt you choose, we'll donate £5 in support of our chosen charity, Scotty's Little Soldiers. Select any of the items below to go to its ordering page.

Support us by wearing your T-Shirt to our festival!

We can't wait to see your T-Shirt photos on 1st September as a show of support for our armed forces community and hope to see some of you wearing one at our AT E@SE festival this year, tickets for which also donate £10 to Scotty's Little Soldiers.
